Babaanne (Grandma's) Pasta

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water, for 15 minutes.
  2. Kill the flames, place lid over the pasta and it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Decant the pasta liquid into a glass filling it halfway, drain the rest of the pasta and place it on a plate to let it cool down a bit.
  4. Melt butter, onion and tomato in a pan.
  5. Introduce the pasta to the pan and stir.
  6. Slowly add the the pasta water to the pan and mix in increments.
