Babaanne (Grandma's) Pasta

Ingredients
- 500g spaghetti
- 1 tablespoons salt
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tomato, chopped
- 25g butter
Directions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water, for 15 minutes.
- Kill the flames, place lid over the pasta and it sit for 10 minutes.
- Decant the pasta liquid into a glass filling it halfway, drain the rest of the pasta and place it on a plate to let it cool down a bit.
- Melt butter, onion and tomato in a pan.
- Introduce the pasta to the pan and stir.
- Slowly add the the pasta water to the pan and mix in increments.
