  1. Create a marinade by mixing all of the ingredients (apart from the beef)
  2. Take your frozen steak and slice it thinly.
  3. Place your steak slices into the marinade and mix it well.
  4. Leave in the fridge for atleast 30 minutes, upto a 24 hrs, the longer the better.
  5. Heat a frying pan till hot
  6. tong out the pieces of beef on the pan and cook till browned, you will want to do this in batches so it is not too soggy and kill the heat.
  7. The left over marinade mixture can be reduced in a sauce pan to have with the beef over rice.
