Ingredients
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 60 ml of tahini
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 540g glass jar of chickpeas and it’s brine
- Salt, to taste
- Cumin 1/2 tsp or to taste
Directions
- Blitz lemon juice and tahini
- Add oil and garlic and the aqua faba into it
- Then blitz in the chickpeas and aquafaba
- Add salt and then some cumin, half a teaspoon
