  1. Pan sear chicken
  2. Grab a bowl, zest and juice entire lime into it, add the oil, fish sauce, sugar, and whisk together.
  3. Grab a larger bowl, combine the chicken, cabbage, spring onions and the corriander, toss and add salt and pepper in layers to season everything.
  4. Drizzle the vinaigrette and toss again, coating everything evenly.
  5. Divide onto bowls and sprinkle the roasted peanuts.
